We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for change-of-mind. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Under the South African Consumer Protection Act, if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund within 7 days of purchase. Please contact us immediately so we can make it right at no cost to you.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers), custom/personalized products, and personal care goods (beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials or flammable liquids. Sale items cannot be returned for change-of-mind but are covered by our standard defective goods warranty.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
