1. Delivery Areas We currently ship within South Africa only. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

2. Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Major cities (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 2–4 business days
  • Other areas: 3–7 business days

Please note these are estimates and delays may occur during peak periods.

4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check our store for current promotions.

5. Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

6. Damaged or Lost Parcels If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. For lost parcels, please allow the full estimated delivery window before contacting us at our store's contact page.
